Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, based on availability.  Orders with machines can take up to 1-2 weeks.  If this is an issue, please contact us immediately.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, weekends, or holidays may process the next business day

Shipping methods may include USPS, UPS, or other freight carriers

Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders must be placed by phone
